1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship to South Africa (ZA) only. This shipping policy applies to all products available on our store.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Delivery Time: 2 – 5 business days.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Flat-rate shipping: ZAR 105.00
Free shipping on orders over: ZAR 600.00
Currency: South African Rand (ZAR)
Orders below the free-shipping threshold will automatically be charged the flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SAST) will be processed on the next business day.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
6. Delivery Issues If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:

We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
