Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ICT Wagon. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist. ICT Wagon is a division of Reinnovs Technologies PTY LTD.

1. Return Window We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

• All accessories, manuals, cables, and tags must be included.

2. Product Condition Requirements To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in new condition

• Packaging must be intact and undamaged

3. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

• Opened software, license keys, or digital products

• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earbuds, shavers)

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

• Clearance or final-sale items

4. Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days for:

• Defective items

• Incorrect items received

• New items in unused condition If your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a swift exchange or replacement.

5. Returns Method Returns must be dropped off at an approved drop-off location. (We recommended using trusted services such as PUDO.)

6. Fees

• No restocking fees

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return handling

• If the return is for a non-defective item, you are responsible for getting the item to the drop-off point

7. Refunds Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• You will be notified once your refund has been approved

8. How to Start a Return Email us at info@ictwagon.co.za with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return or exchange

• Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect) We will guide you through the next steps and provide the drop-off details.

9. Agreement By purchasing from ICT Wagon, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the conditions listed above.
