Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened software or digital products (e.g. licenses, downloads)
  • Perishable items or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earbuds, shavers)
  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt exchange or replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item:

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier.

  2. Reason for return
  3. Photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)
